Thank you to our wonderful customers!

Our spring tag sale is a wrap. We were blessed with glorious sunshine and as always, the support of our families and the most wonderful customers and friends ever!

We love watching our little house come to life for each sale!

I especially love that moment of calm, quiet and anticipation just before we open the doors- aah!

And then it gets really crazy and I forget all about taking pictures! ... But how about a shout-out for our strong and handsome furniture movers. Thanks so much Kevin, Dean, Byron, Ryan and Timothy!

And I have to share one quick story with you. ... Kim is one of our new friends and our very last customer of the weekend. She and her husband had never been to one of our sales. Just by chance they had driven by earlier in the day and spotted this bench in the front yard. They couldn't stop at that moment and kept their fingers crossed that it would still be there when they returned. They made it back just as we were locking up. Not only was the bench still there (already packed up in the garage), but Kim made a quick walk through the house and found a few other treasures while her husband went home for his truck. Just the day before, they had been talking about a red telephone. And you guessed it, we had a red telephone. And the funny thing is that the bench almost didn't even make it to the sale. It's actually a church pew that I got from Craigslist, thanks to a tip from my sweet blog friend Cassie. My plan was to paint it for the next sale. Susan already had a church pew for this sale, but it sold on Friday. Susan suggested I bring mine on Saturday, just in case someone wanted it just the way it was. ... Kim was so tickled with her finds and clearly it was all meant to be! Don't you just love when that happens!!!

From all the girls at Elizabeth & Co., a huge thank you to all of our wonderful customers. You are a constant source of encouragement and inspiration. You allow us to do what we love and share it with you. Really, what could be better than that!

We're already looking forward to seeing you again in July!

I've never found anything like this sale in my area, though we have some nice flea markets. I am so glad you had such a successful weekend. The layout and items looked so appealing. Maybe one day I'll get to go see for myself.

Spring has come. And with it come sales. Though church pews as home furniture is still new for others, I know a lot who have been in-love with the idea of having that hard wood and antique-looking benches to add a unique look and ambiance to their homes. They are sturdy, easy to renovate and matches anywhere in the house too. That's why it's no wonder Susan's church pew was sold immediately. Earnestine Kettering
