Silent Auction for Breast Cancer Research

My friend Cassie over at Primitive & Proper is having a silent auction for this sweet little vanity and all the proceeds go to the Susan G. Komen Foundation to benefit breast cancer research!

The vanity is painted in the Annie Sloan chalk paint (no, not chalkboard paint) which has the blog world buzzing. The color is Henrietta, a soft pink with lilac undertones.

Cassie added a pretty sea glass knob and a floral drawer liner.

If you are the winning bidder, your vanity will ship via UPS ground.

You can check out all the details here.

You will have a lovely piece of furniture painted by a sweet and talented girl and support a great cause in the process. What could be better?

Nothing could be better than that. It's amazing how that chalk paint has taken off.

That is the same little vanity table I have had for years...but right below the edge of the top my own has two little "wings" that swing out and are there so you can skirt it and pull the skirt open to sit under it. Darling paint choice! xxoo Diana
