Earlier this week, I woke up to find a lovely surprise in my inbox. It was a message from Kathie at A Few Good Pieces, letting me know that I won her 300th follower giveaway. Woo-hoo!
And this is what arrived in the mailbox yesterday, along with a sweet note from Kathie!
And talk about a timely gift. The day before, my sander died on me right in the middle of a dresser project. And just so you are not too sad, it was already being help together with super glue, so it was not exactly an unexpected demise!
But seriously, what made this all the more special, is that I love Kathie's blog! First of all, great name - A Few Good Pieces. And such a pretty blog. I love the colors and design. Even her button is adorable. To say that Kathie paints furniture pieces is an understatement. She totally reinvents them! The girl has mad skills!!! And she generously shares details and tips!
