A Sweet Girly Desk

This sweet little desk came from an estate sale.

Maybe it was the pink on the back, but I knew she was meant to be girly.

So I went with classic white for a Shabby Chic look.

I wanted to keep the white nice and bright on this one, so I went with just a light distressing and no glazing.

But she definitely needed pretty glass knobs.

Perfect spot for a laptop in a teen girl's room, don't you think?

And that's exactly where this sweet desk ended up!

This room belongs to Liz. I love the bright, happy colors! And the chair was a tag sale find that Liz recovered herself in a fresh black, white and just a touch of pink fabric. So pretty! Liz lives in my neighborhood. Maybe I need to recruit her to join Elizabeth & Co.!

Thanks for sharing your room with us Liz!

And be sure to enter our thank you giveaway for reaching 200 followers over the holidays!

It will help get your new year off to a healthy start!

  34. I have a very 1960's maple desk that was part of a boy's room set. I have been tinkering with the idea of painting it white and changing the knobs...now I know I will for sure!
